How Twamev works

Chetan Sharma, this is your operating manual. Your day is counted in 10-minute blocks and every block has a price.

How to read the screener

The main table is a stock screener for your activities. Read it left to right.

Ticker
One activity, written like a stock symbol. DEEPWORK, WORKOUT, SCROLL — the short code is the activity, the small line under it is its full name.
7D trend
A mini line of the last 7 days. Rising means you have been giving this activity more of the right amount of time; falling means it is slipping.
Price
A 0-100 score for today: how close you got to that activity's target, blended with how consistent you have been for 7 days. For time-wasting activities, less time means a higher price.
1D change
How today's price compares with yesterday. Green up is improvement, red down is a slip.
Volume
Actual minutes logged on that activity today (or for the week if you pick the This Week filter).
vs 7D avg
Today's minutes compared with your average of the last 7 days. +45m means you did 45 minutes more than usual.
30D range
The low and high minutes over the last 30 days, with a marker showing where today sits between them.
Mkt cap
Total hours you have ever poured into that activity. Big cap means it is a big part of your life.

How to read the right-side numbers

Day Index (top right)
Your score out of 100 for today, mixing focus, how much of the day you tracked, target adherence and streaks. The small number next to it is the change from yesterday.
P&L today
TimeCoins — points won for productive minutes and lost for wasted ones, weighted by how valuable each activity is.
Focus score
Productive minutes as a share of productive plus wasted minutes. 80% means four out of five tracked minutes were good ones.
Utilization
How much of your waking day you actually logged. Low utilization means time is disappearing untracked.
Money value
Productive hours × your hourly value, minus wasted hours × the same value.
Blocks
Each 10 logged minutes is one block. Six blocks make an hour, and the day's aim is a block count, not a feeling.
  1. 1

Set what your hour is worth

Open Timer and save your hourly value. Every block then shows as real money earned or burnt.

    Go to Timer
  2. 2

    Write your goals first

On the Goal board write goals from this week to 75 years. For each one fill the left box (what happens if you miss it), the middle (the goal itself) and the right box (what changes if you hit it).

    Open Goal board
  3. 3

Pick the identity for the day

On Identity, choose the person you will act as today — Dhirubhai, Kalam, Chanakya, Munger — and how they would handle your exact task.

    Open Identity
  4. 4

    Book tomorrow in 10-minute slots

On Day Plan fill the template for each task: what, so that, your fuel, will you stop midway, will you delay, the bottleneck, and the identity you borrow. Every task lands on a real 10-minute line like a notebook page.

    Open Day Plan
  5. 5

Work in blocks and save the log

Start a focus block or the stopwatch, pick the activity, write a note and press Save this log. The saved time appears on the Screener, Calendar and Day Close.

    Start a block
  6. 6

    Answer the hourly five

Every hour a reminder shows what you missed. Answer the five questions about goals, life, family, God's mission and how this hour compares with yesterday.

    Open Hourly Check
  7. 7

Capture learnings the moment they arrive

Save ideas, notes and image links in the Learning Log by date and category. Images also appear on your Vision Board.

    Open Learning Log
  8. 8

    Look at the wall

The Vision Board shows today's numbers, every pending task colour-coded, all your goals and your pictures in one place.

    Open Vision Board
  9. 9

    Review week, month, year

The Calendar switches between week, month and year. Tap any day to see its full 10-minute timeline with the date on it.

    Open Calendar
  10. 10

    Close the day

Day Close scores the day, shows your earnings and one honest note. Analytics shows the long trend.

    Run Day Close

The five hourly questions

  1. 1. Which goal did this last hour move — and by how much?
  2. 2. Is this how you want your life to look at 40? What would you change today?
  3. 3. What did this hour give to Biwi, Mummy-Papa, your brothers and future kids?
  4. 4. Did this serve God's mission — the people whose life you are meant to transform?
  5. 5. Compared with your last hour, yesterday and last month — better, same or worse? Why?

Where does a saved block go?

Press Log Time Block (top right) or Save this log on the Timer. The block is written into today's book and instantly shows up in four places: the Screener row for that activity, the Calendar timeline for that date, the Vision Board totals, and the Day Close report.
